I cannot send proof of return to ebay

I have recently rejected an item because it arrived damaged.  We did not receive it from the courier and asked him to send it back to the seller.

We opened a case on ebay and ebay decided that the seller should refund but the problem, they want us to send it back and provide a label for the courier.  We have no label because we did not receive it and shipped it back.

We dont have a label because we did not receive the item in the first place.  Also, the courier has added to their system that the item was delivered to us which is not correct.

I can prove to ebay by providing videos from our security camera showing how the item was rejected. I can also dispute by asking the courier to provide a proof delivery.

The problem ?? ebay only gives me 1 option to prove the return of items by providing the labels.  There is no other button to send any feedback

I spent more than an hour on ebay support trying to find a way to send them this info but with no success.

How can I tell ebay I can prove by view or by asking the delivery courier to provide proof of delivery ?

Sorry, but you shouldn't have refused parcel, you should have accepted it, opened ebay case & used label to return it.

Cases are automated, so unless it shows as you returning item by uploading tracking, you won't get refund.

You could try contact ebay CS again & see if a different rep can help.
