I SENT 2 ITEMS TOGETHER AND BUYER DENIES RECIEVING ONE OF THEM EVEN THOUGH POST OFFICE RECEIPT CONFIRMS BY WEIGHT BOTH ITEMS SENT AND NOW BUYER HAS OPENED A CASE AGAINST ME.wHAT IS THE BEST ACTION TO TAKE ?

It's not "fraud".  The package could have been damaged en route.  Proof of posting counts for nothing - it's proof of delivery that matters

What case has he opened?  Not as described?  If so issue the label to return through the case and refund in full. 

Not received?  Simply enter the tracking number and the case should close

I sold an item and before i could post it the same buyer brought another item from me so i posted together 2nd class signed for and they have opened a case saying only one item arrived but i packed items so well it couldn't have split or torn I have now sent tracking number and receipt showing weight.
