Returned an damaged item

Seller asked me to return item. It has arrived back at their
Depot but now I am getting no reply or information about a replacement. What do i do next?

Thank you for your update but I repeat my question. I am confused.

 

Have you actually opened a case in the resolution centre [link below].  It really does not matter what the seller might have promised. 

 

If you have opened a case then you "escalate" it after 3 business days. EBay then steps in and refunds.

Have you actually opened a case in the resolution centre?  If not then sadly you may never see the money.  

 

You open the case, the seller sends the label with tracking and refunds in full when it arrives back

 

Where are we in that?

Do NOT get replacement, get refund.

Escalate case to ebay to sort refund.
