Hi!
Basic facts:
1/ Purchased an item that didn't work.
2/ Requested refund or replacement both politely and co-operatively, hoping for a mutually-agreeable resolution. Seller stated further items coming in stock, and kept this up for several weeks until the window for returns expired.
3/ Now ignores ebay messages and there are no business deals to make contact with the seller. All contacts from me have been genuine, polite and in the spirit of co-operation.
Because this has been going on for several weeks, the usual ebay resolution options now appear closed.
How do I proceed?
Any advice gratefully received.
Paypal's deadline is longer than eBay's at 180 days so try them.
First sign up to get the return postage paid:

Then open a Paypal dispute here:
https://www.paypal.com/uk/disputes/
And escalate it after 2 days and before 20 days.
