item hasn't arrived

My daughter in law ordered something on ebay as a guest. At the time she did not have an ebay account.  Her items hasn't arrived  (6 weeks after ordering) and she  hasn't found a way to contact the seller or even ebay because although she has now set up an account, the item she ordered and paid for prior to setting up the account isn't there.

Any advice please would be welcome

Ebay would not be interested, she bought as a guest, the purchase does not show in her purchases as she did not have an account. Opening an account after the event does not change this. Paypal processed the payment therefore they are where the case should be opened.

She needs to find paypal payment email & then phone paypal to open case.
