I purchased a Canon printer in August 2020.  Just yesterday it began to over print which rendered pages useless.  Followed all the online trouble shooting instructions with no luck.  Msg'd Seller who had no intention of helping and just told me to contact the manufacturer.  Quoted sales of goods act but they came back and said Ebay rules over ride the law and that I only had one month to return it to them and basically I was out of time.  Would appreciate any advice or comments please.  ... Hi, I am a totally novice seller and just tried to list a Coach Bag which is 100% genuine and was purchased by me in a Coach retail shop.  E-mail from ebay suggests this bag may be a fake and they have removed the listing......."    "- Limited selling history- Insufficient description of the item or no photos of the item"   I photographed the Creed notice from inside the bag and posted several other photographs and gave what I thought was a decent description, so not sure what led ebay to this conclusion. Since 22nd february 2021 I have had 28 EBay messages saying New Sign-in Activity on your Bay Account. I have reported this to Ebay a week ago and nothing has been done and I am now very frustarted as these messages are filling in my inbox. Every time I go onto the system it tells me what I have stated. I am now getting to the point were perhaps someone else has had a similar experience and has had a resolution to this issue as the EBay. The EBay contact said when I raised this issue a week or so ago they aware that EBay have a problem with this issue. Hi I sold an item on the 16th of Jan which was shipped from the UK>France and delivered on the 22nd; 20 or so days passed and the buyer (without messaging or anything) opened a case against me and requested a return for a 'damaged item'. To try and keep this short, the buyer transported the item from France to another country and used it on a job as well as modifying it to go underwater too (item isnt waterproof and shouldnt ever be used underwater...) Eventually eBay ruled the case in my favor and they've also suspended his account (which was brand new..)   A few weeks have passed since the ebay cases closure and now I've got the same buyer messaging me through my personal private website with threats demanding his money etc.. I've so far ignored it but wondered if anyone could give me there 2 cents on what they would do next? Also I've heard people can open up a paypal claim, even though they've lost the ebay case; is this correct and something I should be looking out for?   Thoughts and recommendations very much welcome Thanks ...
