Hi I sold an item on the 16th of Jan which was shipped from the UK>France and delivered on the 22nd;
20 or so days passed and the buyer (without messaging or anything) opened a case against me and requested a return for a 'damaged item'. To try and keep this short, the buyer transported the item from France to another country and used it on a job as well as modifying it to go underwater too (item isnt waterproof and shouldnt ever be used underwater...)
Eventually eBay ruled the case in my favor and they've also suspended his account (which was brand new..)
A few weeks have passed since the ebay cases closure and now I've got the same buyer messaging me through my personal private website with threats demanding his money etc..
I've so far ignored it but wondered if anyone could give me there 2 cents on what they would do next?
Also I've heard people can open up a paypal claim, even though they've lost the ebay case; is this correct and something I should be looking out for?
