Can I ship items to a different address?

The buyer has requested that I send items to a different address in the US.  How would I do this, since the labels automatically print the buyer's address?  Also, is there any guarantee that I'll be paid?  Obviously, I'll make sure it's trackable.  Thanks!

You don't ship before being paid so that is not a problem. 

The problem is that you must only post to the address provided by Paypal or Ebay after being paid. Having tracking is no protection unless it shows as delivered to the correct address. It is up to buyer to change their delivery address before paying.

No doubt it will be even more complicated if on Managed Payments sovery important to get it right.
