I posted a listing today for auction.  But when I look at my shop view its the only item that isnt showing.   From my sellers view when I go to listings its there and i can click on it and go to the page and it says its for sale.  But if I go to my sellers profile its not there.     In my selling /listing view there are 34 items listed.  In my selers shop view only 33.   Ive been listing for a few years and this is the first time I have noticed this happen.   What have I done ?  Also this listing is not showing up on searches using words in the title.  I am so confused.  Been trying to revise it for hours and nothing works. ... I bought an item on Jan 14 2021 via ebay.co.uk and payed by Paypal. However, the item never went through customs due to undeclared content and was eventually sent back to seller. No reaction or refund from them. Looking into the items journey, it shows that the delivery referred to "returned to seller" and not to me. Tried claim via Paypal but they are refusing looking into the facts of the case. Any ideas? ... View more

Hi all, I've read the blurb regardingt the changes to ebay payments etc, but I am seriously dubious about giving my bank details to them. As an occaisional buyer/seller the system for me works fine  & my mantra is, If it ain't broke, don't fix it. I just need reassurance, not from ebay, but from forumites. This is only happening on one item that I purchased. I try to leave perfectly nice feedback and it's rejected.   On the app, it tells me to leave a less offensive feedback! On the web page, it tells me that swearing isn't allowed.   I assume it's some kind of bug affecting just this listing. ... View more

Hi guys,   I just won an auction with a £300 bid, the item had no reserve price. The item usually sells for around £100 more than the bid I placed. I paid through Paypal as requested. The Seller "hasn't accepted it yet" on my PayPal Account. I have emailed him through eBay many times over the last couple of days, no responses whatsoever, and it kinda looks like he is not going to accept the winning bid. What do I do?,........ appreciate a bit of advice here,  it's a lot of money stuck in limbo at the moment.   It says I can cancel on Paypal, but if I do will I get a black mark for canceling the payment? ... A seller accepted a 'best offer' and I immediately paid for the item via Paypal. Couple of days have passed since I made the payment. I requested the collection address to which the seller said they will wait for the balance to clear in their account and then sort out collection; fair enough. As I understand it, Paypal payments are immediate but sometimes Paypal can hold the money for a certain time. However, given I have paid, which is something the seller can identify at their end, are they not obliged to give me collection details for me to arrange collection in the near future? 3 days have passed since I paid and sellers communication is pretty poor. ... I have a seller threatening to report me as a buyer just because I wanted to return my item as it arrived with stains on it that weren't pictured. The seller believes that the stains could have happened during transit, so why are they threatening to report me? They agreed to the return and refund, but now I'm worried that once my items arrives with them that they will wrongly report me and try to accuse me of damaging or staining the item when I didn't. They also claimed that eBay said that my photos of the stains weren't enough proof. I have never experienced such a rude seller in my life.
