I sold an item and the buyer said he would send the code but didn't. It has been weeks and the item still says awaiting collection. 

Buyer is ignoring me, any suggestions how to rectify this?

you can bypass the need for a code by using the full site, not the app

use the drop down menu next to the item and mark it as paid and dispatched
