I have a seller threatening to report me as a buyer just because I wanted to return my item as it arrived with stains on it that weren't pictured. The seller believes that the stains could have happened during transit, so why are they threatening to report me? They agreed to the return and refund, but now I'm worried that once my items arrives with them that they will wrongly report me and try to accuse me of damaging or staining the item when I didn't. They also claimed that eBay said that my photos of the stains weren't enough proof. I have never experienced such a rude seller in my life. They had 100% positive feedback and so do I, so I am completely shocked.
Seller is living in Cloud Cuckoo land if hr thinks he can report to ebay. They never see what is sent or received and will always support the buyer. If seller does not provide a return label, then escalate to ebay who will. Seller will then discover how expensive it is NOT to accept cases for Not As Described.
Do not bother getting involved in an argument with seller and remember in due course to leave appropriate feedback reflecting your experience with this seller. IF YOU ALSO SELL add him to your Blocked bidders list.

You are entitled to receive the item in the condition described. If it's damaged during transport eBay's money back guarantee makes them responsible for refunding you. You deal with this through eBay and are not required to send any photos. EBay will if necesary enforce a refund.
Don't waste time negotiating with this ignorant seller. Just open a not as described case throuh the resolution centre.
Ignore seller, carry on with not as described case,
if no label or refund, escalate after 3 working days.
When posted back, if seller does not refund within 4 days of delivery, escalate to ebay to sort.
