I bought an item on Jan 14 2021 via ebay.co.uk and payed by Paypal.
However, the item never went through customs due to undeclared content and was eventually sent back to seller. No reaction or refund from them.
Looking into the items journey, it shows that the delivery referred to "returned to seller" and not to me.
Tried claim via Paypal but they are refusing looking into the facts of the case.
Any ideas?
Once you have tried a paypal case you can't try an ebay one, although you can go the other way. Have you looked at the buyer protection T&Cs on paypal and have they breached them? If so, complain, and if that doesn't work, try the ombudsman.
