Buyer changed their mind and no longer wants item

After accepting a bid from buyer, she has come back and sad she no longer wants item. I gave relisted item but do not want to incur any fees in respect of the cancelled bid

On My eBay go to More Actions, far right of the item on your sold list > Cancel order > Buyer asked to cancel.
