Hi, hoping someone can help, buyer has requested a return, which is no problem, but only options I have are; 1) uploading my own postage label (checked at my post office today and they tell me you cannot send a label without physically having the item, weight etc..) 2) purchasing a postage label from Ebay, but only option is to pay small parcel price ( this is a low value item, sent 2nd class large letter at 96p, I'm not prepared to pay over 3 times that amount for Ebays label! and do not understand why they do not have options or choice for different postage sizes and prices?) Also, as this would only cost 96p postage, who gets to keep the excess amount that's paid in postage costs?? Or 3) issuing a refund. I've ended up refunding, as you have a limited amount of time before Ebay step in and send the label on your behalf and politely asking the buyer if they can return it (as a 2nd class large letter) then I will reimburse them, but I would appreciate any suggestions please
