I have brought this product and it has caused damage to my clothing. The bad has no air holes and has caused moulding to some expensive clothing which in turn I’ve had to get rid of! Obviously I’m not very happy with this. I have contacted the seller who has reluctantly offered me a refund on the arrangements of returning the bag however I do see this as unfair considering I’ve had to throw away clothing at my cost and I’m now left out of pocket.

If it's still within 30 days of delivery, open an eBay return and the seller will need to provdie you with a pre-paid returns label. If they don't, after 3 days you can ask eBay to step in and they'll provide you with a label (which they'll recharge the seller for).
