I got restricted for cancelling an auction. The buyer told me 10 mins before the end that he didn’t what the item anymore so I had no other choice to end the listing can you help please. Will:(

Never let buyers dictate to you. It was up to them to retract their bid, if they had a valid reason. You should have let the auction end, and then cancelled it through the resolution centre. Now you're the loser, because eBay will charge you fees based on the price bidding had reached before you cancelled it.

I very much doubt that you have received a restriction just for cancelling this auction. My guess is that you have coincidentally hit the monthly limit on the number and value of items you can buy or sell. All new members have a limit. Today being the 1st of the month, it may have renewed today.

If you did get a restriction, eBay should tell you what it was for, and for how long it will last. You won't get any permanent restriction for this.

I should have explained better basically I created an auction for a speaker
that I was trying to get rid of about a month ago , and as I said I tried
to cancel it, after that I relisted the auction but unfortually after 3
days of it being up my sister got COVID and I had to cancel due to me
having to isolate. So that is probably why eBay thought that there was
suspicious activity.
Is there any way I can contact eBay to talk to then as all I can find is an
assistant,

you didn't have to end the listing, all you had to do was cancel the sale after the auction ended
