sold a item

i have sold a car amplifer the buyer is saying the amplifer is working but 2 channels are mono not stereo but the other channels are stereo 

i said you can return it i sent her a returns label 

then she said that the item is too heavy for the return label

now she wants me to send her another label which will cost me more money 

there is somthing not right here

What Case have they opened? If a Change of Mind , and you don't  offer Returns as a Priviate Seller?  They pay the Return Postage.
