Already added bank account in early June, when asked to add before. What happened to my  Information if it was not done by eBay previously. Have been contacted again by eBay to add bank account a month on from previous request. Has anyone else had this happen? if so where did my financial details go?? when I completed this request last time on June 01st. Not Happy with this repeat  request nor the loss of my previous details, need eBay to come clean on what has happened to all my previously entered financial details  when I responded to their last request. ... Hi all,   I did post about this when it first happened assuming it's a one off but is now happening repeatedly.   over the last 2 months I have recieved about 10 "returns" with various ebay IDs and transaction IDs, recently the numbers have increased and this week I have refused about 5 parcels from royal mail which are all clearly ebay returns that have nothing to do with me.   I haven't sold anything on ebay in nearly 2 years. Someone is giving out my name and address and I'm slightly concerned someone is going to show up at my door at some point soon demanding a refund or someone will try taking me to court over defective products.    I managed to get through to someone on the phone once and they didn't know how to act and had no interest in taking the matter further.   What can I do at this point to solve this? ... Hi I am just dealing with my first ever return FROM a buyer who doesn't want an item and needs to send it back to me in order that I might refund them. I seemingly went through a process whereby I paid to have a label made out/sent to the buyer - it cost about £3+ I took this route in order to ensure I was compliant with Ebay's laws. When I look at my Ebay account I cannot find concrete evidence that this has been done other than a process line showing a status of Return Started. Can I assume the 'labelling' has been automatically dealt with by Ebay? Do I need to take any further action until I received back the item, checked it over, then deal with the refund? I've recently received two orders which were both not as described or pictured and also has parts of the order missing. I opened a return request ref. the above and proceeded to return what i'd received. since returning the first items the missing parts of the order have now been delivered. I've looked at the returns request already opened but cannot see a way of returning the other items on the same order. Hi, purchased some sanding discs from a company.  They arrived on time and were good quaility, so I gave them 100% possitive feedback. It been nearly a month and I have not received any feedback from them.  Therefore I contacted to seller via ebay saying could they leave me some feedback as I had for them.  I got no relpy, so I waited a few more days, still no feedback from them, so I contacted them again, this time I got a reply saying they were going to do as soon as possible. Yet another few days have gone and no feedback.  I know it's only feedback and in the overall scheme of things not that important, but I feel they are not interested in me as a potential future customer, but just wanted the quickest way to my money without the hassle of taking the time to give feedback.  ... Hi, I attempted to return an item I had bought on eBay for a full refund, as the item was a counterfeit. The seller did refund me in full, after a case was opened and found in my favour. However, when I tried to send the parcel back to the seller, Royal Mail delivered it back to me as "addressee gone away".  I can't seem to comment further on the case and I don't want to contact the seller as I think I would then have to pay postage myself? The address given is unusual, so I'm not sure if there was an error there, but it's the address listed on the sellers page as well. How can I contact eBay to get the address changed and a new label or figure out what to do? ... View more

Hi - can someone help me understand these fees on Ebay? I've sold one item and the payment is on hold with Ebay taking about 6-7% in something titled fee. Then I've received an invoice for additional fees for about 14% of the sale. Is this totals up to about 20% is sales fees. Is this standard practice? ... View more
