Exactly when did you purchase the item?

you say the sellers feedback [face back] is not good and its worth remembering others check buyers feedback profile and your massive number of bid retraction will cause sellers to b,lock you.

You will get your money back by opening a Not Received dispute Resolution Centre

You won't get any interest on it however.
