Items not as described and missing items

I've recently received two orders which were both not as described or pictured and also has parts of the order missing. I opened a return request ref. the above and proceeded to return what i'd received. since returning the first items the missing parts of the order have now been delivered. I've looked at the returns request already opened but cannot see a way of returning the other items on the same order. I've also tried to make contact with the sellers but I'm not getting any response ref. the return.

What a pity your seller didn't tell you your order would be coming in 2 packages, it would have avoided all this.

I don't see that there is anything you can do through ebay so you will have to speak to your seller and see what they say.

Once the tracking shows delivered back to your seller he will have 48 hours to refund you as after that you can escalate to ebay for your refund, so it is in their interest to advise you.
