Hi,
I attempted to return an item I had bought on eBay for a full refund, as the item was a counterfeit. The seller did refund me in full, after a case was opened and found in my favour. However, when I tried to send the parcel back to the seller, Royal Mail delivered it back to me as "addressee gone away". I can't seem to comment further on the case and I don't want to contact the seller as I think I would then have to pay postage myself? The address given is unusual, so I'm not sure if there was an error there, but it's the address listed on the sellers page as well. How can I contact eBay to get the address changed and a new label or figure out what to do?
