Today I have received an email from eBay Inc. Telling me I need to pay quite, a large sum of money via PayPal as it would seem my donation as from items I have sold for a local charity have not been taken automatically, as they always used to be.  I had noticed this but had not been able to speak to anyone at ebay querying it. The I get this email. Is the email a scam?  It says "You are receiving this invoice because you have unpaid donations due through the eBay for Charity program that could not be automatically processed." I have the money owed to the charity in my PayPal acct & I don't understand why the donations have not been made straight from that account regularly as they always were. Please advise me. Hi I am from uk and bought an item priced at 150 dollars plus 30 dollars postage. When I go to checkout the item price changes to 180 dollars and the postage changes to 36 dollars. is this normal as I want to pay for the item but feel I'm being charged too much? Please help ... View more

A buyer has received an item I sent and left positive feedback. They have since opened a dispute, stating that the reason is "the buyer didn't recognise the transaction".    The only automated option is to either accept the dispute (and refund) or "challenge dispute and provide proof of delivery". I sent it standard second class and, as such, have the postage receipt but no tracking number. However, I know the buyer has received it because they left feedback.   Any suggestions? Hi, I bought some socks that I thought were fakes.  I opened a case with EBay and they found in my favour.  These were sent back with a pre printed label from Ebay on 9.7.21.  I have proof of purchase.  I have been tracking and the tracking said they were out for delivery on 12.7.21.  The Post Office has now agreen they have been lost. I don't know how to contact Ebay about this.  Should I put in a claim via the Post Office, but I dont know about the postage?  Obviously I would like my money back, but not sure exactly what to do. any advice or help would be much appreciated. Hi, This is an odd one, probably just an odd person, but I am wondering if it is some way of scamming me? I get an offer of £4.21 on a £9 item then 20 mins later he/she emails decline my offer please. The first time I counter offered before seeing the second email. A week later the same offer and ask me to refuse, now today the same. I have not responded but would like to know anybodys thoughts? I am old and do not use social media, so this is new to me. Hi all, I have purchased a summer blanket today due to the hot weather, however, after paying for I noticed estimated delivery was 2nd September, which is of no use to me, I wanted to cancel the order but I can't, eBay can't or won't help, I think it's unreasonable to have to wait that length of time for a summer blanket that won't arrive till winter, I have sent two messages to the seller whom I believe is in China, my bad I know, I should have checked before I paid, any suggestions    thanks in advance Jenny UPDATE.... thanks for your responses, thankfully the seller responded to my message and issued a refund 😅 phew  ...
