Refund

Hi 

I returned an item and it's been longer than a week and I'm still waiting for my refund. The seller says he is unable to refund as eBay won't let him. Can someone tell me when I'm going to get my money back.

If you've started a "not as described" return case you will be able to escalate it to ebay after 3 working days and they will take over.   Go to the return case via the link on the ebay message, click on Case Details > Respond to Case > Escalate This Case > Submit.

I’m getting nowhere with this as the message for my refund says I will get it in 48hrs. It’s been over a week. The purchaser says he hasn’t got an issue except eBay won’t let him refund. I don’t know what is going on but want and need my money back
