I bought some socks that I thought were fakes. I opened a case with EBay and they found in my favour. These were sent back with a pre printed label from Ebay on 9.7.21. I have proof of purchase. I have been tracking and the tracking said they were out for delivery on 12.7.21. The Post Office has now agreen they have been lost.
I don't know how to contact Ebay about this. Should I put in a claim via the Post Office, but I dont know about the postage? Obviously I would like my money back, but not sure exactly what to do.
any advice or help would be much appreciated.
