I want to refund a buyer who says the item has not arrived.
when I try to refund by her by clicking on 'refund buyer' in the drop down menu on the list of sold items an eBay not comes up saying unable to action refund as an after sales dispute has been actioned. This has been going on for 3 weeks . I try every day to refund the buyer
