Incorrect dispute

A buyer has received an item I sent and left positive feedback. They have since opened a dispute, stating that the reason is "the buyer didn't recognise the transaction".

The only automated option is to either accept the dispute (and refund) or "challenge dispute and provide proof of delivery". I sent it standard second class and, as such, have the postage receipt but no tracking number. However, I know the buyer has received it because they left feedback.

Any suggestions? There doesn't seem to be an option to speak to a human at eBay, only very limited automated options.

If it was a second class parcel then there will be a 16 digit number on the receipt that will show whether the item was delivered or not.

You need to put 'payment dispute' into help and contact and see what you need to do to get seller protection, basically if you can't prove delivery to the address given at checkout you may as well just refund as otherwise you will still have to refund and be hit by a £14 admin fee.

Feedback left is not evidence for ebay as it can be left in error.
