I have sold an item to an international buyer, how do I change the delivery charge to reflect the increased cost? Buyer has agreed the increased delivery charge. I am a private seller and this is only my second listing

Has anyone had to suffer the issues of eBay overwritting the shipping address if you leave and reenter the checkout process? This is a nightmare if the default address (which eBay resets to) and the requested shipping address is in a differnt country. To have the items returned it appears that the maximun refund is the item price only and not the shipping and import duties which represents a significant part of the overall cost. This gets confounded by the cancellation process that is not fit for purpose as the cancellation request is delayed (apparently in my case as stated by the seller) untill afer the items have been dispatched. I would be keen to know if anyone has had a successfull resolution of these issues.

Can anyone help? I have received some shoes that I haven't ordered. There is a eBay return ID on the packaging but obviously not ordered via my account. I want to return them to the seller. Any ideas?

Hi All, I am new to this so this might be a basic qusetion. I sent a product but the delivery seems to be delayed by the post office and during that time the buyer had raised a request and in the process i refunded the buyer. The buyer ha now messaged me that they have now received the product. What steps can i take to collect my money as they now have received the product.

Hello i buy an item wednesday i paid 8.99£ more to be delivery friday. Now i go to royal mail to check and from there they told me is be delivery monday. The problem now is i pay 8.99£ to coming friday no monday i want me 8.99£ to be return from seller.

Hello I ordered an item and the sellers information says postage from Birmingham nice delivery time. Item did not arrive with in the date shown so opened a case with ebay as seller did not respond. They have now provided tracking information and the item is coming from India. I am now concerned it will not be a correct UK size as I thought it was from Birmingham. How can I get the seller to update their information to say postage from India to prevent the same thing happening to someone else??

Bid for and won a television in a low starting price auction and got it a a very low price although shipping cost was way higher than the price for the tv. I'd been careful to message the seller with my postcode to check if delivery was ok and was told it was fine. (The same tv had come up a second time after I'd been outbid by someone else on previous auction). After about 10 days out of the blue the transaction has been cancelled and my money returned with a vague excuse of problems with delivery and without any prior contact from the owner. It doesn't seem that I can do anything about this, is that right? I thought there would be some way to dispute this or is my only choice to let this go. Hoping for some advice on this. Cheers

I specifically chose this seller as they advertised yellow jasmine. It has now flowered and is white. They kindly replaced them today, unfortunately they are also white. I can buy white a lot cheaper else where, but it was the yellow that I require. This has been go) g on now for over 6 weeks and I have not got the time to post thes back, as I am away. Can I request a full refund as they were falsely advertised? thanks

hi the company are now sending me private emails asking for the return of the refund are they just trying to avoid paying the eBay fees I keep telling them through the eBay messages that they are not allowed to contact me outside of the eBay messages not getting any where with this can anyone help

Hi there, After adding my tracking number and tracking it, it was saying dispatched for a few days. After that some of my customores replied giving a thank you that the parcele has been delivered. I then went on the website of the deliveres and tracked my pacage through there, it said that it was delivered, however when i go on my ebay it still says dipatched. I am new to ebay selling, and if im correct without the proof of delivery through ebay, I can't get paid?
