Wrong colour plants

I specifically chose this seller as they advertised yellow jasmine.  It has now flowered and is white.  They kindly replaced them today, unfortunately they are also white.  I can buy white a lot cheaper else where, but it was the yellow that I require.  This has been go) g on now for over 6 weeks and I have not got the time to post thes back, as I am away.  Can I request a full refund as they were falsely advertised?

Very sad but you will be way out of time on an eBay case I'm afraid.  If you are within 180 days you may be able open a case with Paypal assuming you paid through eBay checkout.   Your seller seems a gem at least they are trying ...
