Changing delivery fee

I have sold an item to an international buyer, how do I change the delivery charge to reflect the increased cost? Buyer has agreed the increased delivery charge. I am a private seller and this is only my second listing

On My eBay sold page click on the little arrow far right of item > Send Payment Details.  Change the postage and submit (don't tick "reset" if it's there).

Or on seller hub go to Orders, select the item and select Send Invoice from the drop-down menu. Change the postage and click on Send Invoice.
