not sold from UK as thought

Hello I ordered an item and the sellers information says postage from Birmingham nice delivery time.  Item did not arrive with in the date shown so opened a case with ebay as seller did not respond. They have now provided tracking information and the item is coming from India.

I am now concerned it will not be a correct UK size as I thought it was from Birmingham.

How can I get the seller to update their information to say postage from India to prevent the same thing happening to someone else??

as advised report for representation of location because if you get hit with import duty and refuse to pay it you could lose the item and your money.

If you have opened the dispute for not received then the item must be at least one day after the latest estimated day of delivery

Close the dispute I have not received my item after a full 3 days when ebay allow

to get your money back

If it does arrive then you can repay the seller if you want the item and if  you do not for any reason then ask them to send a pre paid label for the return to the address on ebayBirmingham

If they dont then you do not have to return it.

~Dont delay for any reason

If it comes through customs the depending on what it is there may be a charge

Ebay have a policy for mis representation of location so report

Simply escalate the case and you will get a refund.   [Tracking must show that the item is delivered to you and not just on its way].  Then you will probably get the items too ...

That will show them won't it?  There is nothing you can do to compel them to change a listing

You may also have to pay duty and VAT on arrival too!
