Hi All,
I am new to this so this might be a basic qusetion. I sent a product but the delivery seems to be delayed by the post office and during that time the buyer had raised a request and in the process i refunded the buyer. The buyer ha now messaged me that they have now received the product. What steps can i take to collect my money as they now have received the product.
Most of your sales would go as "small parcel" which has a 16-digit number which will show "scanned at door" so you should be able to trace whether a buyer had the item. That number should be added to the sale summary when you despatch. Anything over £50 must go "special Delivery"
If the buyer opened a "non-receipt" case after the last date for deliverty and you ten refunded there is nothing you can do through eBay to get your money back. You can write to the buyer of course ...
