Hi there,   I'm trying to add my bank account details to Ebay but when I try to access my seller account EBay just takes me round and round in circles, asking me to enter my password, I enter my password, Ebay sends me back to -  https://ppcapp.ebay.co.uk/myppc/wallet/list, and then I click on seller account, EBay asks for my password, I enter my paswsord and it sends me on the same loop again.   Is anyone else experiencing this? I can't even figure out how to report a technical problem. I followed the link - http://pages.ebay.co.uk/help/account/errors.html#reporting but that just takes me to automated live chat or slections that aren't relevant.   Any help would be appreciated.   Thanks,   Rebecca ... Is it possible to reset the default search results to U.K. only?   I will never buy from the US or EU because shipping & Brexit taxes make it economically pointless to even consider it, and I'm really tired of having to filter out stuff I have no interest in.  Thanks!  ... View more

I ordered two items from a seller . They cancelled both of them and gave the reason as 'Buyer requested the cancellation'. One item was being sent by Royal Mail yet they wouldn't send to the Scottish Highlands and Islands - Royal Mail send to every UK address. The other item stated Free Delivery with no qualifiers. I just sold something to someone. But the person said she just received an empty box. And she uploaded picture with empty box. To be honest, anyone can take pictures with an empty box and took away the item inside it. I asked her to offer the video of receiving the package and opening it.  I am sure I sent that item with box to her. So do I just meet an abusive buyer? Guys, what else should I do? Hello,   Just over a month ago I sold an item from the UK to an EU country. Fairly high priced item (£500), but today the buyer opened an "Item Not As Described" case. Within the message board of this case, they state that they have not received the item. (How can it not be described correctly if they haven't received it?)   I checked tracking and the item has been held in the destination country at customs. Royal Mail tracking states that delivery is pending, and the local tracking website just states that the item has been held for exactly one month.    I presume the reason for this is that the buyer has not paid import duties/taxes. (But currently this is just speculation)   Would anyone be able to advise on the best way to approach this situation?   Thank you.  ... View more
