I am trying to access my seller account but stuck in a loop

Hi there,

I'm trying to add my bank account details to Ebay but when I try to access my seller account EBay just takes me round and round in circles, asking me to enter my password, I enter my password, Ebay sends me back to -  https://ppcapp.ebay.co.uk/myppc/wallet/list, and then I click on seller account, EBay asks for my password, I enter my paswsord and it sends me on the same loop again.

Is anyone else experiencing this? I can't even figure out how to report a technical problem. I followed the link - http://pages.ebay.co.uk/help/account/errors.html#reporting but that just takes me to automated live chat or slections that aren't relevant.

Any help would be appreciated.

You haven't sold for a long time and there have ben many changes in the last year.

I suspect you need to contact bay to reverify your selling account and set up to use Managed Payments. There is more to adding Bank Details to your account as ebay have to verify that you are the Account Owner.
