Got scammed. Cancelled refund by mistake. The seller is not responding. Product is broken and old.

If you closed an eBay case by mistake,  you cannot open another case for that item with eBay.

 

Open one with PayPal.  On the left of your PP page,  select  Resolve a problem.  Open a case for item not as described,  and escalate after 2 days and before 20 for a refund.

 

You will have to pay for that fully tracked return postage here,  unless you comply to PayPal's 'Free Return Postage on Us'.  Google those terms.

You only needed to open a NOT AS DESCRIBED CASE and seller would have had to supply a Reply Paid Return Label, you only get one case with ebay. You can hardly say you were scammed, poor seller and you have made a mistake in trying to get a refund.

 

Using the Money Back Guarantee properly can prove expensive for a seller, so it is not very clever to send out poor quality goods.

 

How did you pay? If by paypal then open a Not As Described Case with them, but you may have to pay for return postage.  If you paid by other means (Card for example) then you will need to contact the Company concerned.
