Buyer selected Collection but wants delivery

Hi, a buyer has mistakenly selected Collection in person instead of delivery. How do I go about getting the postage charge or do I need to refund the buyer and start again? Thanks

I cannot see any of your items which offered Collection only.

 

Is it the large framed print?  That already has a £13 postage on it.  Your buyer should be able to pay for the £50 plus thee £13 P & P at checkout.
