Money been taken

Tried to make a purchase for several items at once and clicked confirm and pay, then it returned me back to my basket which it was all still sat there. Checked my bank and have been charged 3 times but not for the full amount. Can you help me please

I am sorry we are members like you so cannot do anything to sort this out.

Have the items paid for moved into your PURCHASES, as I cannot see how you can have paid for anything you have not bought.

You will need to contact the sellers as if you haven't bought then you cannot open NOT RECEIVED cases to get refunds. You need to find out what has happened at the Sellers End of the transaction.
