What to do if I met an abusive buyer?

I just sold something to someone. But the person said she just received an empty box. And she uploaded picture with empty box. To be honest, anyone can take pictures with an empty box and took away the item inside it. I asked her to offer the video of receiving the package and opening it.  I am sure I sent that item with box to her. So do I just meet an abusive buyer? Guys, what else should I do? Have you met this kind of issue before? Any suggestions? Can I report this buyer on eBay?

Thank you for your time. Looking forward to your replies.

There's no point in asking the buyer for evidence. If she uses eBay's money back guarantee it will be eBay, not you , that decides the case. Neither you nor eBay knows whether the packing was damaged in transit, or the item was stolen - either in the postal service or by the buyer. Following their default policy in cases like this, eBay will find in the buyer's favour, and require you to refund her in full.

If you claim she has abused eBay's money back guarantee, you can report this. It's unlikely to make any difference to your own case, but eBay may act if other sellers report the same experience.

Most importantly, be sure to claim compensation from Royal Mail for this alleged postal damage. If RM receives serial compensation claims relating to the same address they can and will start to monitor deliveries.

It happens. Unless your Buyer opens an Item Not As Described Case with Ebay within 30 days of Delivery, you don't have to do anything.

If they do open a Case you would have to Fully Refund as Ebay support the Buyer.
