Hi I used  Royal Mail to collect the item and deliver it to the address as per ebay advised systems, Tracking was not available on this item re Royal Mail .  I have a  confirmation email of the collection and a verbal confirmation from Royal Mail delivery at 11.02 on the following day to a shop address. The buyer claims not to have received the item.  I have sent 3 messages via eBay to the buyer asking him to contact me and include my mobile number, to no avail .  There is a hold on pay pal on the payment currently . I purchased a pair of Batteries and a charger in Nov last year, they both exploded and set fire to my garage over the weekend, I am desperate to inform the sellers and Ebay to protect others. when I tried to go through the returns procedure the only way I could get the refund was by agreeing to EBay charging my PayPal account forever instead of my preferred way of paying, I,e. Hello I wondered if anyone can help. I have had an item delivered to me but it is a complete fake when in the advert it was stated genuine. I have tried to contact the seller but no response. I started a return but then cancelled it as I dont see why i should pay to send it back when it was falsely sold, and also if i send it back i very much doubt they will refund me. But now seeing as I had a return opened ( even though it is closed now) I can't do anything about it through the resolution centre. Anyone have any odeas please? ... View more
