DANGEROUS ITEMS SUPPORT

I purchased a pair of Batteries and a charger in Nov last year, they both exploded and set fire to my garage over the weekend, I am desperate to inform the sellers and Ebay to protect others. I was lucky others could lose thier house. 

I just cannot get in touch with ebay, there appears to be no avenue, I have tried to contact the sellers and the automated system wont accept my item IDs!!

How can I let the system know about these dangerouse items?

If the sellers are still listing items on ebay then you can contact them through a listing or their feedback page.  Ebay won't be interested.

If the seller is in the UK you could also try Trading Standards via the CAB.  If the item came from an overseas seller then you, as the importer are responsible for the safety of it.
