Hi I used Royal Mail to collect the item and deliver it to the address as per ebay advised systems, Tracking was not available on this item re Royal Mail . I have a confirmation email of the collection and a verbal confirmation from Royal Mail delivery at 11.02 on the following day to a shop address.
The buyer claims not to have received the item. I have sent 3 messages via eBay to the buyer asking him to contact me and include my mobile number, to no avail . There is a hold on pay pal on the payment currently .
What are my options please as i believe the buyer has received the item.
