When I try to unlink my paypal account it takes me back to the default my ebay page and it doesn't unlink my paypal account. Is it because my paypal account has been permanently banned? I thought Ebay was moving away from paypal? Surely I should be able to unlink it.

I have sent a parcel via ebays GSP to an buyer in the US and it is now with DHL in Canada and has been for some time. I can't get hold of anyone from the UK or Canada branch to find out why it hasn't been delivered. The seller is understandably annoyed but as far as I'm concerned, my role was to ensure it got to the Ebay GSP and that's where my liability ends. Can anyone help?

I have purchased an item from China, with a 3 month delivery. I would never have ordered it had I realised. This is obviously a scam. Is there any way I can get a refund? Item ordered 3rd June, still hasnt left the county. Has anyone got any advice?

Hi, I recently reactivated my account, went to list an item, and could not asnwer a security question. I have been sent a security code, although the phone number (2086-100157) does not work. I've tried chat - they just direct me to request a call back - I cannot find this service anywhere! Can you help? This is an Ebay UK query.

Hi i payed for a full travel system which is what it says on the advert and pictures include infant carseat, now the seller is saying they made a mistake and the carseat isnt actually included and they have been offered more for it, am I right in thinking the seller still has to send me the whole thing for what I payed as they are asking me to pay more money

Ebay are not allowing me to bid on items as they say I have unpaid items. The seller of the items was quite happy for me not to pay until he sent me an invoice, but ebay went ahead and cancelled the sales as I hadn't paid within 4 days and blamed the seller!!!! How does one actually contact ebay - both the seller and myself wish to do so about this.

I listed and sold an item on ebay, and now find someone else, not me nor my buyer, is using some of the photos I took and used, together with my listing title, word for word. Can this person do this legitimately, and does it lead you to think something possibly untoward is happening? The seller only has 2 feedbacks,
