Ebay GSP Drama

I have sent a parcel via ebays GSP to an buyer in the US and it is now with DHL in Canada and has been for some time. I can't get hold of anyone from the UK or Canada branch to find out why it hasn't been delivered. The seller is understandably annoyed but as far as I'm concerned, my role was to ensure it got to the Ebay GSP and that's where my liability ends. Can anyone help?

Asyou say you have completed your part. If now over due it is up to buyer to open a Not Received case,which you enter the tracking proving delivry to GSPand pass the buck to them.

 

Your only liability is to a Not as described case, damage in transit however is again GSP.
