Banned from bidding!

Ebay are not allowing me to bid on items as they say I have unpaid items.  The seller of the items was quite happy for me not to pay until he sent me an invoice, but ebay went ahead and cancelled the sales as I hadn't paid within 4 days and blamed the seller!!!!  How does one actually contact ebay - both the seller and myself wish to do so about this.
