unable to list items,, im asked to confirm phone number ,i do and then i just somthing went wrong

None of the links you supplied helped with the problem. Here is detailed information of the problem.

When trying to sell a item I get sent to https://onboardweb.ebay.co.uk/onboard which asks me verify information. The first tab works "verify the existing details tab" but at the the second tab "Verify your phone number" if i click on "Text Me" or "Call me" I get the following error message. "Something went wrong. Check everything is right below." The phone number is correct but I do not get a call or a text. I have now tried this on 3 different browsers. (Edge, Firefox, Chrome) I have cleared cache and cookies. Tried it on another computer with a different Internet connection and also on mobile phone with a different Internet connection and still the same error.

Has anyone had this problem before. Can not sell anything until this is resolved.
