Order from china, with 3 months delivery, outside of ebay protection

I have purchased an item from China, with a 3 month delivery. I would never have ordered it had I realised. This is obviously a scam. Is there any way I can get a refund? Item ordered 3rd June, still hasnt left the county. Has anyone got any advice?
