What do you do if a buyer keeps messaging you beacause you said no to a return? Ebay has already closed the return but she keeps messaging me

Add to Blocked Bidders List and also block messages.

Inever knew Ebay had this i have added to blocked bidder how do i block messages please thanks John she is actually creeping me out now
