Hi. So I want to buy an item but the picture is not clear and want to ask the seller for another photo. I can buy now the item... but cannot ask a question about the item and get this message: "We’ve restricted your account because you have used the eBay platform repeatedly to share contact info prior to completing a transaction or completing transactions outside of eBay. You can’t send messages to other members unless you have had a recent transaction with them. Please see the policy message from eBay. " I was never notified I got restricted. Support is saying it was in March but will not say why. I checked the sent msg and there is no info I send to my buyers at the time other than the UPS tracking number they asked for. I did nothing wrong and got restricted and support is saying it is permanent... So again I can buy the item and be disappointed with it and return in... but not ask a question to prevent it and cannot remove this pointels restriction.... Even more crazy is that support is saying I can ask a question to a seller AFTER I buy the item.... Support refuses to transfer me to someone who can help me just say its permanent and no prove why .... Can someone help me please i just want ot use ebay... 100% positive 200+ account btw Thank you
