How do you get help to get on eBay to step in is there a direct email address the website is driving me absolutely insane or spend the whole day on it trying to get help.I did the callback request option and no one call back

If you opened case, you have to wait 3 working (Not saturday or sunday) days before option to ask ebay to step in appears.
