ebay have decided to close my case for an not received item without it being resolved and are telling me it can not be re opened seller will not respond what can i do
Two reasons come to mind one is that whatever you may think the seller provided tracking showing a delivery or that you simply ran out of time. You should escalate after 3 full business days.
You can - if the case is closed - open a similar case with Paypal. Open the case and escalate after 2 and before 20 days
There is nothing you can do on ebay as you can only open one dispute
If it closed then either the seller had tracking showing delivered or you did not go back after a full 3 days and escalate to ebay.
If you paid by paypal then try there but if there is tracking saying delivered you will lose there too
You have to go back and escalate as soon as paypal allow but within 20 days
When you open a Not Received case you escalate after 3 days,you don't sit back and let it run out of time.
If you paid using Paypal, then you can open a Not Received case but you must escalate after 2 days and by day 20,oherwise tat will close as well.
If you didn't use Paypal then you will have to contact whatever method of payment you used to sort it out.
