Selling a vehicle, listing is a draft

My listing has remained as a draft and when I click list with displayed fees i get an error page - something went wrong, we cant find that page.

Is this normal?

My campervan is listed in commercial vehicles. Can I change the category to
or add it into campervans and motor homes category?
